About

Is your goal to gain more flexibility, strength, and balance?

Are you seeking stress-relief and a deeper sense of peace, calm, and contentment in your daily life?

Are you looking to gain a deeper knowledge of yogic philosophy and spirituality?

No matter the question or goal, I am here to help you on your yoga journey. I put a strong emphasis on the anatomy of yoga poses to provide a comprehensive physical foundation for the practice, while also including philosophical principles according to clients' interests. I am happy to modify the practice any body type, area of interest, lifestyle, or time commitment. Yoga is for everyone, and I hope to spread that message through my service.I traveled to India, the birthplace of yoga, to complete my 200-hour Teacher Training at Yoga Vidya Gurukul ashram. My goal as a yoga teacher is to serve as a liason of Western and Eastern virtues and ultimately to help my students to help themselves heal and grow.

My journey with yoga over the years has helped me so much physically, mentally, and spiritually. It's been so much more than just exercise; it's truly been about making a strong body-mind-spirit connection thats brought much more balance and peace to my life. Experiencing this for myself has made me passionate about helping others to experience the benefits of yoga for themselves.

Frequently asked questions

First and foremost, let's establish any special health considerations. Whether you are recovering from an injury, have an ongoing health concern, or are just looking to improve in some area of your health, this is important for me to know when designing your practice.

Secondly, we need to establish your goals! :-)

I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Vidya Gurukul Ashram in Nasik, India. For me, yoga is about much more than physical exercise, so I felt it was very important to go to the source and learn about its philosophical roots.
