Joy took her first yoga class when she was suffering from chronic back pain and a high-stress job. After a few months of yoga, Joy noticed a significant improvement in her pain, but what surprised her more was the impact she noticed mentally and emotionally. She carried these positive changes out into the world and was deeply inspired to share the life-changing effects of yoga with others.
Joy has found her relationship with pain and stress to distill down to a relationship with herself and self-care.
Her belief is that the ultimate healing tool is self-love.

First, we will have a 15-20 minute chat about your issues and goals to make sure that we will be a good fit. Next, we will schedule an introductory session to explore your needs further and develop a strategy for your yoga journey. From there, we will create a plan to work together once, twice or three times per week with sessions that are tailored to give you the most benefit and fit into your life seamlessly. Self-care requires consistency and dedication. We ask that you make a 5 class commitment with us to start.
