In 2015, I founded Yoganic Flow to make yoga accessible in the inner city community, at no-cost to Detroit residents. For the last five years, I've taught various yoga styles including Ashtanga, Yin, Vinyasa, Kids Yoga and Chair Yoga, throughout the metro area. I believe yoga can bring our community together and bring US together-mind,body and spirit. I've been studying and practicing yoga all over my hometown, the country and the world for the last ten years. I'm an E-RYT 500, looking to share what I've learned on a new platform and making it accessible to more people. #namaste
