40 years experience in various martial arts including korean karate, tae kwon do (4th degree black belt in tae kwon do) boxing, submission grappeling.
Instruction focused around the goals of the student. My goal as instructor is to get student to become proficient at the practical core techniques of each phase of martial arts including stand up and ground.
Becoming proficient at these fundementals is the most efficient and effective way to defend yourself if ever confronted.
