All the staff are very friendly and nice and helps you through the process
My elder daughter got inspired by coach Sarah and decided to take boxing more seriously.
She opted for private class with Coach Kelly and is also going for level 301 class and sparring.
Kelly is an awesome coach who guided her and taught her the steps.
She continues to practice with Kelly

Sending many thanks to my personal trainer Josh! For many years I have been working to pass a fit test for a law enforcement academy but struggled on my own. After failing my first fit test and no success of improving, I knew I needed help.
I am so glad I found Josh because he has truly helped me not only physically but mentally prepare for this test.
He trains me 5 days a week, 3 in the gym and 2 at a nearby track.
There are so many reasons why I truly think he is the best trainer around!
1. He is extremely nice and truly pushes you to achieve your best without being harsh or having a rude tone. I guess I had this thought in my head about trainers being really harsh but Josh is far from it. He is so kind and gives you complements throughout. Just the little things like a high five and all of his encouragement in the gym and though text is awesome!
2. Our workouts are always something new and fun! He has me working all different muscles to make sure I am well rounded for my test. Lots of interval training as well which helps so much.
3. The best part of training with Josh is that you see big improvements. Just in the first week I could tell a difference in my body and my endurance. I have lost weight and gained more muscles mass as well (I have never seen my abs and now I can see them). It truly is crazy to me to see how much I have changed physically. Fast forward a month and two weeks of training with Josh and I took a practice fit test with him on the track and I passed!!!!! I previously had been training for 3 years and never felt so good or achieved as many points as I got on that day. Also, I have never felt more confident all thanks to Josh!!!!
It truly was fate that I found Josh because I was at a low point thinking I would never pass this test and my last resort was finding a trainer. Not knowing where to start, I googled personal trainers in my area and found this site and typed a zip code in and Josh came up.
My dream job that I have been working so hard for since I was young has come down to this fit test, so Josh is truly amazing because he is helping me make my dream come true. I can’t thank Josh enough for everything!
