About
I have the blueprints for Cus D' Mato's Catskills boxing style which is becoming extinct. Everyone wants to be like Money Mayweather but not many people have the speed and quickness. The style I teach "used by Mike Tyson" teaches every aspect of offense and defense to take away your opponents physical attributes; speed, power, size, etc.
I love showing people the science of boxing and the intellect involved. It's not about the fastest or strongest. It's about skills and I enjoy the excitement people experience in a moment when they understand how that works.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The process is different for each student. If you're not looking to fight but just to get in shape we would focus more on the conditioning aspect of boxing. If you're looking to compete in the world of boxing we would focus on both because conditioning is just as important as skills when someone is trying to punch you in the face.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7-2 amateur record including 2001 Hurricane Boxing State Championship
7-1 Semi-Pro record
Spent time at the Mayweather Gym in Las Vegas with Floyd Sr. and Roger to continue my boxing education.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
No standard
How did you get started teaching?
Got into boxing when I was young and became addicted. Competing didn't work out as an occupation so I started teaching people and really enjoyed that as well.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Don't be taken in by personality. You will build a relationship with your coach as time goes on, especially if you decide to fight. First things first is that he knows what he is talking about. There are many charlatans in the boxing game.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What style of boxing do they teach as there are many. What's the first thing they will teach you, which should always be your stance and jab. What wins fights? Any real coach will tell you that skills win fights.
