About
We are passionate about helping others reach their goals and aspirations. Life is full of lessons and you learn from everyone you come into contact with. We set a goal with each of our clients and use every resource available to achieve this goal.
Seeing the small things and attention to detail paying into the bigger picture. Small adjustments alter major outcomes. I enjoy seeing people improve and learn lessons through whatever discipline we are training.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Set a couple of goals for each session and map out plans on how to achieve each goal. Will start of easy and then as we progress the workouts will become more and more challenging.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played collegiately (division I) for four years at NCCU. Went to the first four of the NCAA tournament twice and the NIT once. I have spent years trying to master my craft (basketball) and have experience training and coaching at local high schools during the summer and part of the school year. I have a Master's degree in recreation administration and undergraduate degree in business administration.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Each session is $25. We will map out a schedule for each session, drills, informational, talk about strengths and weaknesses, and touch basis on what will be covered in the next session.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching through advisory programs at my local high school and university. I have about 8 years of experience advising student athletes and students participating in other extra curricular activities.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students ranging from the age of 5 to the age of 24. I believe that I can learn from everyone I come into contact with and that as I become more experienced so does my client.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
a recent event that I am fond of would be a hiking experience for my close friend's birthday. I love the outdoors and I love meeting new people, so this opportunity was perfect. We conquered the hanging rock mountain while sharing the environment with numerous groups and individuals. It was an experience I will remember for a lifetime.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would advise the student to write down and assess what it is they want to get out of each session.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What their weaknesses are? If they are giving their full effort? Are they using all of their resources? How much time are they willing to put in?
