Hello I am Carlton O'Neal. I am an registered Level II Boxing Coach of USA Boxing. I have been training amateur and professional fighters since 2010.
I was the head trainer for the boxing program at the Dunn Police Athletic League in 2010-2011, and since then I have own and operated Artashir Boxing & Fitness at various fitness gyms throughout central N.C.
I utilize high intensity boxing specific drills and exercises. A world class training system to develop top notch combat sport athletes and help the fitness enthusiast acheive thier fitness goals.
