I enjoy helping other meet their fitness goals while learning self defense and the science of boxing. I've been involved with boxing for over 20 years, I've competed competitively as an amatuer an I've also worked locally at several local boxing gyms.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New students workouts consist of a "feeling out" period in which I determine the amount of experience that you have with both physically and technically as a boxer. If you do not have experience with the technical side of boxing I teach you the basics while giving you a workout at the same time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years boxing experience as an amatuer. I've also worked at several local boxing gyms. I've been involved with sports and fitness my entire life. I'm a people person and I enjoy helping others meet their goals.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I can charge either by the session or month. The cost is cheaper if I we workout at my location.
How did you get started teaching?
A owner at a local boxing club asked me if I would be interested in instructing class. I tried it out, I loved it and I never looked back.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with children as low as 9 years old, elderly as old as 70 and wide variety of ethnicities.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was invited to instruct at a gym of a previous student. :) It brought back very good memories.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Once you've located a good trainer...Consitency is key!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students seeking to physically change their body should make sure that they are aware of their current medical status. (Have an up to date physical)
