We are dedicated and extremely passionate about helping our friends, family and community get healthy and fit. We offer a personalized approach to health, fitness and martial arts. We work with each individual client based on their specific needs and goals. Our training focuses on the mind and body incorporating all areas of our life. One-on-one training and small group programs can be offered. Programs for weight loss, strength training, endurance, self defense, boxing/striking, and overall fitness level improvement.
Martial Arts and Fitness have been a part of Coach Jeanie's life. Jeanie has trained in several styles of Martial Arts since 10 yrs old. In the most recent years Jeanie has trained with some of the best Martial Arts Coaches in the world. She specializes in women's strenght training, fitness, boxing/striking, and self defense.
Certifications: Spartan SGX Coach, Certified Instructor under Greg Jackson's MMA and Sixgun Striking. CPT.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We conduct an initial assessment of our new client that will review health history, exercise experience, and goals. This can be done in person or via email before we meet for our first session. Each workout plan will be devised with your goals and specific needs in mind.

We have several options for lessons and pricing depending on type of training and if it is one/one or small group.
How did you get started teaching?
The best part of what we do is being able to help someone change their life for the better. So many of us get caught up in the daily grind and never get out, lose the weight, or gain that self confidence. We have a passion for helping people get started, get back on track, and get consistent with a workout plan. We LOVE it when we are able to help someone reach their goal, whatever it may be.
What types of students have you worked with?
We have worked with a variety of clients. From kids through older adults. People with prior injuries and health issues. Clients with goals for weight loss, increase strength, endurance, race prep, self defense, and overall wellness/fitness goals.
