My essential focus is on helping clients transform their bodies and reach desired goals. In addition my group or one on one training will challenge your muscles in an unconventional way. Typical strength training attempts to build and sculpt the body with an outdated approach such as sitting motionless on a machine while moving one remote body part through a controlled range of motion. Again this is "typical" the one thing will not get with my training. Based on the location and your goals our workouts will vary greatly.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For new clients our first session will consist of a workout/assessment of your current abilities (flexibility, stability, mobility and strength/endurance).

How did you get started teaching?
My interest in training began with my personal experience in collegiate athletics. I played basketball at the University of Hawaii. I returned to basketball in China, establishing my own international training business.
