What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Ask what they're goals are for the session
Ask about previous injuries
Teach them awareness of surroundings
Show them how to trust their instinct
Prepare them with warm-up to prevent injury
Show them basic skills and how to apply those skills.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been training and teaching Krav Maga and boxing for over 10 years. It has given me the opportunity to work with people from various backgrounds.
