What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A student can visit my website and see if they think after reviewing my services if we would be a good match to work together. If they are interested, I can be contacted through a discovery call and we can match them with the best services they are looking for.

How did you get started teaching?
I have been practicing myself and began teaching on my college campus where I work. I work with students, faculty, staff on campus and have been do private sessions one-on-one since early 2019. I also have an online meditation program, Ready, Set, Meditate.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Program launch of Ready, Set, Meditate with approximately 20 students in my beginner's online meditation training.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Understand what your "why" is for looking to learn the practice of meditation. Be comfortable with who you wish to work with and make sure someone knows the fundamentals of meditation.
