
We specialize in training students who have not participated in a fitness program for a while. We have extensive experience working with students who have had previous injuries and or physical limitations. We work with students who are nervous about learning yoga in group sessions until they feel confident enough to join our group classes.
We enjoy helping students move beyond their perceived a limits to reach levels of health and well-being they did not think possible. It is very rewarding when students who thought they had permanent limitations, were able to move beyond their injuries and experience relief from associated pain.
