Maria Malik Piano And Classical Music Lessons

I am classical music pianist. I grew up in Taiwan and came to New York when I was 12 entered The Juilliard School pre-college division. Finished my undergraduate and Master degree in Manhattan School of Music. I have been given solo concert, accompanying instruments both brass and strings instruments, also singers. I have also performed chamber music in Lincoln Center Alice Tully Hall. I basically grew up in a classical music world. I started to teach young kids from age 5 to adults and adult with family, with one on one in private music school or group of students.

I love teaching because I wanted to share music, a very interesting and beatiful experience to every different people in this world. Seeing my own students achieved and doing what they thought was impossible make me feel happy and enjoy this world with people. Especially with piano it is such an interesting instrument. Understanding why the sound make us human being happy is like sharing since and knowledge with this world. I have been teaching the past 7 years, with my past experience , I have taught different personalities of kids or from premier level to advanced students. I also helped kids with preparing competitions or auditions or nyssema ad abrsm piano exams. I love how sharing and teaching piano as my job.

Accompanying with different are my interest as a piano major, not only hearing piano sounds the combination and the chemical work are the great work with classical music which I always enjoyed group performance. I am always keep learning from all my students and want to help all my students. Also I want people to understand music relates to everything with not only practicing I always love to share life and interesting facts or history to all my students.
