We have been teaching Shotokan Karate/Fitness & Athletic Conditioning for over 25 years. We also offer private lessons which can be tailored to fit your own specific needs and wants. Our goals are to have students focus, believe in themselves, become disciplined & to build strength mentally & physically. Which will then carry over into all aspects of their lives. Our students rage from the ages of 4 years to adult. Every class we offer is age and level specific. This ensures every student is receiving the instruction that is appropriate for them....

We focus on helping our students achieve their goals in self-defense by focusing on the technical aspects of each technique. I am a 4th degree in Taekwondo and Hapkido and teach a program that my instructor began in New York in 1972. With over 20 years of teaching experience, I can cater the classes to your needs. I am available to teach students from 5 to 65 years old.
