Coach Brian is an excellent instructor and genuinely cares about his students. We focused on what I was struggling with at the moment, and I felt that the skills I took away from the lesson helped me during live rolls. He also provided me with tools to use in shaping my workouts, which improve my strength and mobility. I highly recommend booking a lesson if you are trying to elevate your jiu-jitsu!
