About
I have a Master of Music in Music Education and a Certificate of Eligibility to teach Music in the State of New Jersey. I have taught privately and held music sessions while still in high school, and also have an absolutely solid understanding for music theory. I am adept in classical, jazz, pop, and rock styles. I received high commendations for my piano and percussion playing, and played percussion in honor bands, jazz bands, and orchestra pits. I am also a freelance guitarist and keyboardist for hire.
Given the nature of the job, I am very tolerant and eager to hear the student's perspective on how they wish to learn. For younger ones, I’ve been in their shoes, driving and eager to learn new things on an instrument. I have been currently following the trends of music for a long time and it definitely won’t be hard for me explain even the hardest of concepts to potential students.
