What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First a phone call or video chat to find out your goals and motivations. All goes well we meet and start training!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in Boxing and Boxing fitness. Certified personnel trainer. Self defense coach.
I have Been studying the Martial Arts since 1983.
Functional integrated strength training approach!

$40 for 1 session
$175 for a 5 pack of sessons
$330 for 10 pack of sessons
Sessons are 45 minutes

I've trained children as young as 3 to adults as old as 70. All fitness levels!

Just choose a teacher that shares your vision and goals!
Make sure it feels like a good fit!

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Always make sure there's good communication and the teachers receptive. Be clear and get everything out in the open to avoid surprises. Always ask as many questions as possible and definitely ask about the teachers background and experience!
