I've trained Karate, Brazilian jiu jitsu, Kung fu, Arnis !

But Boxing is my passion! If you wanna learn Boxing for self defense, or fitness, or just to sharpen up your skills.  Give it a try! I promise you won't be disappointed.

Every session will be a warm up, basics, strength and conditioning, pad and or bag work , and cool down and stretching.  Some dirty boxing and basic bjj can be added at client's request!

I love helping people reach their goals and have a good time doing it!
