35 years coaching experience, including over 25 years at the high school level and 6 years of football at the college level. Football certifications include: USA Football, Atavus Rugby Tackling, Program Design, and Sports Nutrition through National Sports Perfotmance Association
Certifications in USA boxing, Bakbakan Arnis, speed and agility; through both the international youth conditioning association and the national sports performance association. Advanced Olympic Lifting certification from USA weightlifting, CrossFit, and National Sports Performance Association. General training from Underground Strength Coach and CrossFit.

First, assess their level of fitness and skill. Find out what their goal is and what they are looking to accomplish with training sesssions. Formulate a plan to help them reach their goals.
