Fit To Fight
Rob’s formal martial arts training began in 1989 where he studied under various teachers before receiving his black belt in Ninjutsu in the year 2010 from Grand Master Eugene Floyd of Ninja University, Dojo of World Champions. Rob has also studied boxing for over 10 years and is still active in Point Karate Kumite.
When you train with Rob you’re going get an amazing, hardcore, full throttle, super fun workout! Rob will bring out the best in you, and you will feel transformed! Rob has over 20 years of professional fitness and fighting experience
I enjoy helping my clients reach their full fitness and fighting potential. People so often underestimate themselves and that's where I come in. It's my job to read, assess, and understand how far my clients want to take their fitness level, verses where they could go. All you have to do is show up and I will take it from there. I look forward to taking you beyond where you thought you could go.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My job is to understand my clients’ specific needs and goals, my next step is to assess the client’s physical abilities and look for any weaknesses. Once I have collected all the necessary data, we now execute the plan to reach the goal, then push past all goals and limits.
