I love seeing someone's ability and love for music grow! My most fulfilling moments as a teacher are working with kids who I've had since they were young and watching them develop as a person and as a musician. I'm so thankful to God to be a part of the process and to have a small impact.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I start teaching someone I want to know their goals and what they want out of the lessons. Once I have a clear idea of what you want I'll do everything to help you achieve it! If you have a general goal of wanting to learn an instrument I can do that too and we will work on technique, music theory, and learning songs that interest you. Lessons are fun and I hope you will be encouraged to keep going!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied music education at West Chester University for 4 years and received my bachelor's in music. I have also been teaching private lessons on a variety of instruments for 20+ hours a week since 2015 so I have a lot of experience working with all ages.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My typical pricing is $30 for half and hour and $60 for an hour but that might change depending on the situation and how far I have to travel if we go that route.
How did you get started teaching?
I had a passion for music since I was a young child. I was always drawn to instruments and would teach myself how to play whatever I got my hands on. Naturally I went to college for music education and I've been teaching ever since. I love being able to help people reach their musical goals!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with many students from 4-80 years old.
