Stanley Alexandrowicz - Concert Classical Guitarist & Master Teacher

I combine technical training with musicianship. Moreover, I stress the need for the student to know music theory — and always include these aspects during the lessons.

I have my Doctorate in "Classical Guitar Performance" form the Manhattan School of Music, under the tutelage of the legendary guitarist Manuel Barrueco. I have taught and given Masterclasses throughout the world, including lecture-recitals at the Gala Opening of the "Guitar Research Centre" (University of Surrey, UK), the "Institute for Advanced Study" (Princeton NJ), the Baltimore Museum of Art, and the "Harp-Guitar Institute" — these include both Romantic 19th Century Music, and Contemporary Music — both fields in which I am a Scholar and Researcher.
