The most enjoyable thing I find is watching the students progress. When
they first arrive they are like a piece soft clay. Just waiting to be able to play
their instrument. We initially try to get them playing songs quickly, often
using unconventional approach. We live in a world that needs instant
gratification. Show them that success can e achieved relatively easily if you
practice.
Without a doubt suddenly after about 2 years we have produced some
amazing players. Knowing that you are partially responsible for they
success is the most enjoyable thing anyone could ask for.
All of our teachers have years of experience. Many graduated from various
music college. Most teacher are professional musicians who perform
regularly.
I personally have owned graduated from Berklee College of Music. I require
a high standard of professionalism and playing ability in all my teachers.
