About this pro

The experience is inexplicably more of a life changer as I can relate to a lot of clients. I’ve done a lot of training (basic fitness and I have a background in martial arts, boxing is different and I will teach this!) I wish I had a service like this 6 years ago as I used to have to outwardly seek boxing lessons from gyms but honestly would have preferred learning one on one. I have empathy as I teach and can relate to most of the interests and experiences that brought you to my page.

I have been also certified by box n burn academy in Santa Monica see accreditation below

Its empowering and just an all around fun experience and a great workout.

I love the look on my clients faces !

Jay is an excellent trainer who is very knowledgeable about martial arts and skilled as an instructor. I’ve hired Jay for lessons in order to learn boxing basics and improve my overall fitness. I am very pleased with his training techniques and the way he structures each session. Highly recommend!

Jay is an amazing trainer I’ve never set foot in a gym let alone boxing he was patient and we worked together on a set body goal I am so great full for his help. I was able to lose weight I’ve been holding on to for years and even gained muscle.

Jay is an extraordinary trainer. And he understands what’s the meaning of personal success. Not only that he will unleash your innermost capacity of accomplishments, but he will guide you to get there in a time fashion. And Boxing is one of the best channels to reach what we all looking for, to be strong and attractive but most importantly be kind, happy and empower ourselves.

Jay changed my life with inspiring words and personalized each session. He really listened and wanted me to be successful. I felt empowered every time and now can wrap my hands and as Jay says walk and move like a boxer.
