About
Greetings all, my name is Grandmaster Aaron Allen. I have been training in martial arts for over 46 years. I am an expert in Self Defense. My disciplines are boxing and Ninjustu.
I have chosen to teach people only what works in the streets, not what works in a dojo only. I have created my own system; it is called the art of "Boxnin". It combines the art of sound crisp power punching and the defense of The Ninja. I was given the title of "Master Teacher" by the late Professor Ronald Duncan, O Sensei.
I am the inventor of how to turn one sheet of paper into a defensive weapon. I can show you how to use a penny, drinking straw, or even a bag of chips to fend off an attacker.
I was awarded Grandmaster of the Year in 2015 at the Martial Arts Hall of Fame. I am also a professional strong man; I rip phone books in half, break bricks, and bend steel bars, all with my bare hands. I can also pierce a full can of soda with one finger.

Every student is different, so I flow with their capabilities. My first one hour lesson focuses on their boxing or fighting stance. Afterward, we move on to how to properly make a fist, effective hand placement and learning how to protect the face. Their basics will also teach techniques for speed and power.
