About

I have excelled in the game of Lacrosse at the highest levels. I was an NCAA Division I All American, All Ivy League, and All New England Lacrosse Player at Harvard University. After my college career I was drafted by the Long Island Lizards Professional Lacrosse Team. I won a gold medal with the United States Under 19 National Team. I was a multiple time High School All American, and Nassau County Attackman of the Year.

On the field I was known for exceptional speed, and footwork. Opponents and Coaches lauded my unmatched quickness and ability to make defenders look silly. But, the truth is absolute speed means very little in the game of lacrosse, and "athleticism" can be taught. How many goals are scored after a player runs for more than 10-20 yards at a time? Not many. First step and what I call "Game Speed" were far and away the two most important keys to my success. The best part is, they are made up of fundamental elements of movement which can be taught. Once mastered, the athlete can combine them in their own unique way, and leave coaches and opposing players astonished at their level of athleticism. Case in point, I taught these movement skills to my little brother Jeff Cohen, who probably couldnt win a JV 100 meter dash, and went on to be a Division I All American, All Ivy League, is the all time goals leader at Harvard University, and broke the Long Island Lacrosse Career Goal Scoring Record with 260 goals.

What do you have to lose? I am confident you will see nearly immediate improvement in your ability to break down defenders in one on one situations. Dodging is like dancing. Learn the right movement skills and anyone can be great.

I love seeing the kid that never stood out suddenly appear "out of nowhere" and make people sit up in their seats and say "Wow"! Dont let other people's limited view on your "athletic abilities" hold you back.
