I been active in the martial arts for over 40 Years. I teach Shotokan Karate, as well as FMA.

Founded in 2012, Nyendo Arts, based in Bedford-Stuyvesant, NY and extending to surrounding areas, is a movement studio specializing in Dance and Martial Arts. Established by a dynamic husband and wife duo with over two decades of experience, they offer a range of classes for kids and adults, including self-defense, karate, judo, ballet, tap, jazz, and more. Nyendo Arts also hosts dance workshops, pole dancing parties, and offers rental space for various events. The studio stands as a beacon for future artists of Brooklyn to develop and grow.

Torres MMA & Fitness at The Jungle, founded in 2008, is a highly regarded fitness center located in Wantagh, New York, and serves the surrounding areas. The company specializes in personal training and small group sessions, leveraging their extensive experience both in the ring and teaching. They are committed to bringing out the best in each student and take pride in seeing clients happy with the results of their hard work.

I teach Zoom online, private and small group Tai Chi classes throughout Westchester New York since 1978. Private lessons available. With a background in physical therapy, I am able to combine the best of eastern and western healing methods to help students with diverse conditions.
