After decades of teaching piano and voice and ten years spent in the high school classroom teaching general and choral music, I still love working with students individually to nourish and enrich their lives with music. With great enthusiasm and joy, I easily share my love of music to teach anyone to enjoy singing "pop" music or playing any genre -- classical to pop -- on the piano, at every level. I have a master's degree in Music Education and have owned a company that provides live music for private and corporate events for over twenty-five years. I love watching the learning process unfold. From the earliest moments of meeting a student and discovering what he or she wants to get out of having more music in his or her life to every milestone achieved during the journey of studying music, there are so many unparalleled joys.
