Victoria Markova is a graduate from one of the oldest conservatories in Russia and has been teaching piano in US for over 20 years. She offers lessons in piano and music theory in Greenwich CT and surrounding areas at her studio or at your house. Academic excellence combined with passion for music brings remarkable results.
You or your child will master piano technique in the best traditions of Russian piano school and build the foundation for the future musical development with professional music teacher and pianist, MA in piano, musicology and composition with over 30 years of experience, and two generations of grateful students worldwide.
Lessons are also available in improvisation, composition, ensemble and accompaniment. Students' repertoire is carefully and strategically selected from the wide variety of classical, popular, and folk original pieces as well as the custom arrangements, and is based on the student’s personal preferences and cultural background.
Victoria Markova is a recital chair for the Fairfield County Music Teacher Association, and her students are active participants in the Association's showcases.
