Hi, I have many years of experience working with kids of all ages. I am focus on the Trinity College of London curriculum as a strong foundation and a great environment.
Classical music and reading is first, then we can explore what ever the child likes and wants.

My teaching approach:
Depending on Age of student i will teach what ever is most relevant to the students development. Young beginners, for example, must learn how to read music but adult beginners don't. For young students i like to use books as they keep the agenda clear and allow the student the option to dictate a faster pace(as i once did) if they are so inclined. I like to give lots of ear training as music is first and foremost a listening art. Finally i teach my students how to learn for them selves and encourage them to explore the fascinating world of music.
