We offer Fitness Boxing & Strength Training Classes and also coach amateur compettitve boxing teams from high school age and up. CFB focuses on integrating the fitness elements used in boxing and martial arts into a high-energy, multi-faceted program that will get you into top condition.
At CFB we teach basic boxing and kickboxing skills and then integrate those skills into a full body workout with a personal training touch. Classes last a little more than an hour and each participant paces themselves based on their personal fitness level.
We also coach competitive amateur boxers on the Cincinnati High School Boxing Team and the University of Cincinnati Boxing Club.

We coach a High School Boxing Team made up of students in grades 7-12 from any Cincinnati area school. We also coach the University of Cincinnati Boxing Club. In addition, we run general Fitness Boxing classes for members of all ages.
