    I got started a good friend of my got me a job as a janitor at fitworks. I was always into working out never anything serious. I start working out changing my body i went from 170lbs to about 195lbs pure muscle within a yr. Grinding, sweating, pain, injuries from not getting yaught how to lift CORRECTLY. THROUGH MY STRUGGLES I KNEW THAT IF I COULD IT I COULD INSPIRE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME. I didnt want to be just an average trainer, i wanted to be the BEST in the gym. So i went to school, did constant self study.

    Ive worked with everyone from intermediate to professional.
