What is your typical process for working with a new student?
By way of advanced ear training, I start with an overview of the keyboard. I then introduce each student to original motif samples. I proceed to include melody, chord voicing, scales and beyond. The goal is for them to create a beautiful musical canvas, to express themselves at the piano for a Lifetime!
