About
After relocating from New York City to Ohio following the events of 9/11, I’ve made my home in Powell, Ohio. While I’ve built a successful 20+ year career in the dental field—currently serving full-time as the AP/AR Account Manager and Financial Coordinator at Dentistry of Dublin—my true passion lies in sharing the transformative power of yoga.
I teach part-time at several premier locations, including the New Albany Country Club, The Club at Corazon in Dublin, Torch Fitness, and The Active Workplace. I hold a 200-Hour ERYT certification through Life Power Yoga at Lifetime Fitness, a Yoga Alliance-registered school under the guidance of Jonny Kest. With over three decades of dedication to yoga, Jonny’s lineage bridges ancient traditions from India with modern practices in the U.S. I am currently advancing my studies through a 300-hour RYT program, working toward my 500-hour certification.
My classes offer a full-spectrum experience: conscious breathwork, mindful movement, strength, and mobility woven into dynamic vinyasa flow, meditation, and grounding yin elements. I bring a nonjudgmental, inclusive approach—supporting students from beginners to intermediate levels—to help uncover their inner strength, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate confidence both on and off the mat.
Additional Certifications:
• Level 1 iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation
• Level 3 Certified Reiki Master

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Human anatomy is complex, sometimes your right side is not as flexible or the same range as your left side or vice versa. Safety and alignment is paramount, I guide my class. With a nonjudgemental approach, regardless of the shape, size, age does not matter, flexibility and no prior yoga experience are not required, I will attentively guide you every step of the way until you can confidently and independently do this on your own. You will master your flow and your breath, with each move, with each pose with a sense of equanimity and awareness to the physical sensation of your body. You will be in control. You will leave my class, energized, balanced, and have a sense of wellness and connection, mind, body, heart and soul. And you will ask yourself, “wow, did I do that?! Yes, You Can!
