Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Human anatomy is complex, sometimes your right side is not as flexible or the same range as your left side or vice versa. Safety and alignment is paramount, I guide my class. With a nonjudgemental approach, regardless of the shape, size, age does not matter, flexibility and no prior yoga experience are not required, I will attentively guide you every step of the way until you can confidently and independently do this on your own. You will master your flow and your breath, with each move, with each pose with a sense of equanimity and awareness to the physical sensation of your body. You will be in control. You will leave my class, energized, balanced, and have a sense of wellness and connection, mind, body, heart and soul. And you will ask yourself, “wow, did I do that?! Yes, You Can!
