My name is Alexander McLaurin, and I am the Founder and Program Director of Total90 Futbol Academy. This statement reflects my core beliefs and serves as the foundation of my coaching philosophy. I have a deep passion for sports, encompassing the entire club and its teams, but I have developed a particular interest in Individual Player Development in recent years. My love for the sport has provided me with over 30 years of experience, including nearly 20 years of coaching. Throughout my coaching journey, I have worked with youth players across various levels and ages, as well as with professional athletes.

I have had the honor of traveling the world, collaborating with diverse clubs, teams, and even a Federation, applying a wide range of my skills. My primary responsibilities have typically involved direct coaching, scouting, and developing and implementing training curriculum. I have also relished additional roles such as leading coaching education, managing staff, and creating and overseeing soccer development projects and budgets.

This vast knowledge of the sports allows me to be able to really understand what a player needs in order to improve as well as helping them along the process of their full development and achieving their goals.
