Ive been a student of Mr. Gilbert for 12yrs! The very first day I started I could see how passionate he was about teaching the art. Hes an extremely intelligent sensai who can break down the fundamentals of how the body works. Its about technique, not strength! Ive learned so much from him over these years and Im still learning. It shows a great deal as well when your teacher hasnt ceased learning the art. Im glad I started here and I wouldnt have it any other way!

Mr. Gilbert was an outstanding karate instructor for my kids during the time they were enrolled in his program. I have and will continue to highly recommend him as an instructor for anyone seeking a karate program. Hes very dedicated to his craft and inspirational in his teaching techniques, my kids learned a lot and really enjoyed being with Mr. Gilbert.
