About
Breathe Om Yoga is a small serene studio that offers a variety of classes to make yoga assessible to most. I have been teaching in Delaware County for 20 years and in addition to my primary teacher training, I am also certidied in ChildLight Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Chair Yoga.
Currently I teach Chair Yoga at various Libraries and Community Centers. I teach Autisitc young adults and those with speical needs. I have experience with corporate yoga and private instrction.
