Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I do have a standard pricing system, however, would like to discuss this with each individual privately.
How did you get started teaching?
My desire to teach came out of my personal journey with anxiety and panic attacks. My goal now is to help others create lasting and healthy lifestyle changes.
What types of students have you worked with?
The primary population I work with is primarily 30+. I've worked with individuals with many different medical diagnosis, some of which include, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, various forms of arthritis, spinal conditions, gastrointestinal disorders, and psychological diagnoses.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I'm very proud and excited about the fact that I recently graduated with a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do your research. It's very important that students look to find educated practitioners. I would recommed working with individuals who have been teaching for a number of years and those with extensive training. Look for individuals who have completed a 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training or more.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I would suggest taking some time to think about your goals for seeking private yoga. Do you have health concerns? What are your individuals needs, goals, and intentions for seeking yoga. The better you can articulate this, the more effective your teacher can be in helping you.
