Certifiied 200 hr YTT and working towards my yoga therapist degree , aiming to specialize in bringing yoga to the elderly, for all who want to remain fit and also for those who would like to progress spiritually by practising advanced meditation techniques in a one on one setting 

Love the way my students feel after a healing session where it seems to them that stress and tension from deep down came out and escaped, leaving the students happier and healthier.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First, I conduct a free 15/20 minute consultation with a new student. Then, I provide need-based meditation. After the first session, I will get feedback from the student and alter my lesson to meet their needs further. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certififed in 200 hr YTT and am currently working towads my Yoga Therapist and Meditation Healer degree.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

My pricing system is $40 for a one-on-one meditation session for 60 minutes. For a 30 minute session, it is $25. A three-pack of one hour sessions is $110. A ten-pack is $350. 

What types of students have you worked with?

I work with students who are often busy and can become overwhelmed with their daily tasks. My yoga and meditation class provides them with a place to relieve their pent-up stress and feel rejunivated.
