I have over 10 years of experience playing soccer, basketball, and football on the high school and semi pro, and also in the Army for 6 years. I also have 6 years experience of training people. So I know the level of discipline, skill, and commitment it will take to make you legend in whatever sport you do.
I enjoy helping atheletes becoming the best they can possibly be. I also like being apart of someones growth.

I had an amazing experience with Gregory. He provided constant motivation during trying times in my life. The motivation went hand in hand with the matrix (his path to success). After I began to see results, I started to see what Gregory saw in me, and I begin to self motivate. Mr. Obinyans attention to detail as a trainer is stellar to say the least. Whenever I scheduled an appointment, he always met my needs at a timely matter. Since I graduated college I have gain weight over the last couple years. Greg was able to look at my strengths and weaknesses and form a workout plan that was directed for me only. Since I have been on the plan I have become stronger then I was in college and my cardio has went up drastically. With the lifestyle I live with working all the time its good to have something that is easy to hop right in and get to it! If you need a great trainer Greg is the man!
