What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Footwork and Conditioning!!! Basics are essential. We have a "Starters Class" Monday thru Friday evenings at 6pm.

Initially started Boxing in 1970. Since that time my involvement, aspirations and dreams have evolved into running one of the biggest Boxing Gyms in Philadelphia, and a premier Professional Sports Management Company: DIESEL FIT BOXING, LLC. Our gym AND all Coaches are USA BOXING CERTIFIED!!!

Gym Dues is $30 per month; access to all gym areas and gym equipment. Personal Training depends upon frequency.

Our client Tyrone Brunson, current Pennsylvania Jr. Middleweight Champion, won the UBF Jr. Middleweight Intercontinental Championship (December 1, 2017).

Find a Trainer/Coach who is Certified/Licensed!!!
