I'm a boxing coach, professional strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer. I am a champion kickboxer, boxer and jiu jitsu fighter.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Yes, we are going to take a before picture! And every student takes a baseline fitness test. We can measure improvement from there.
I'm not a nutritionist so I won't bug you about your diet but when you are working with me you are going to see changes. All of my students will get conditioned and strong. Preventing injury upfront is the best way to make consistent progress.
I love watching people grow not only in physical prowess but in lifestyle as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm trained as both an athlete and coach in MMA strength and conditioning, cross country, soccer, basketball and Crossfit.

How did you get started teaching?
I ran basketball camps for kids in highschool and feel in love with coaching from there.
