Yes, we are going to take a before picture! And every student takes a baseline fitness test. We can measure improvement from there.
I'm not nutritionist so I won't bug you about your diet but when you are working with me you are going to see changes. All of my students will get conditioned and strong. Preventing injury upfront is the best way to make consistent progress.
