I find Troy to be a stern but patient jiu-jitsu, boxing and self defense trainer and coach. I like how he takes time to learn his private client's strengths and weaknesses then customizes training for each individual. He wants to make sure you get techniques mastered in case you have to defend yourself in a real life situation. I'd highly recommend him.
