35 years of experience in MMA, Wrestling, Boxing, Kick Boxing. Trained hundreds of young athletes who are current roster wrestlers throughout area. 19 pro MMA Fighters. We offer personal training that we bring to you. Schedule appointments weekends are available. Monitored conditioning programs and diet plans that meet your needs and you can do and stay on track. Large following most adults we currently train for the past 8 years.

We offer personal training in Boxing, Kick Boxing, Conditioning, skill and technique. I can travel to you. 1 to 3 sessions per week. Weekends are available. Great work out. We are looking forward to having you train so please call me 215 480-7831

We set up an introduction day so we can meet new students. This allows us better to understand what the student is looking for. We also use this time fine tune what we will offer the student. We train each student and treat each student as individuals.

$85 per month 8-12 practices per month
invoices are paid the beginning of each month. Waivers is a must sign no contracts
