Through years of experience, I've found the perfect balance of technique and fun! Lessons start with a focus on building the proper foundation and the proper relationship. As we progress I like to set achievable goals and make sure we are learning songs that keep you motivated. I set out to equip you with the necessary tools and information to overcome obstacles on your own and eventually fly away from the nest! The biggest difference between musicians is not what we play, but how we play, and that is my focus.

The best thing about teaching guitar is witnessing all of the 'ah ha!' moments. I've had many of them myself and seeing that look on students faces is priceless. I love helping students overcome obstacles but also understanding how we did it. They are not only my students, but they're my friends.
