About
I teach yoga and meditation as well as offer workshops that will help take your practice to the next level both physically and spiritually. To me, the union of mind, body and spirit is what yoga is truly about and we get there by stepping fully into out bodies through the physical parts of yoga, as well as getting to know and love every part of ourselves through the less physical parts of yoga. Contact me if you would like to schedule a yoga class, meditation session, or are interested in one of my workshops! I also offer one-on-one private Shadow Work sessions as well as Yoga Therapy.

I love to help people to heal and grow. I fell in love with yoga the moment I went to my very first class and have first hand experienced the transformation that it brings. I have found my purpose and it is to help others heal and guide them through their very own transformative practice.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
To be honest, every student is different and looking for different things from their practice. I do not have a cookie cutter one size fits all approach. My goal as a teacher is to help the student find their edge, whether that be in the physical sense of stretches and poses or from a more metaphysical standpoint of emotions and inner work. Once we find the edge we can work on expanding that edge and moving deeper into the body and/or the psyche of the self. Again, this looks different for everyone. When speaking from a physical sense, breath and movement, various poses based on what the student is looking for. From a metaphysical standpoint it’s creating a safe space for vulnerability and helping the student to acknowledge and begin to embrace parts of themselves that they may be avoiding or unaware of. This looks different for every single person.

I have a bachelors of science from the Pennsylvania State University in Psychology with a concentration in Biology and Evolution.
