Hey, I’m Chris. I teach yoga and strength, and my whole thing is helping people feel strong, steady, and good in their bodies—without overthinking it.

Working with me is pretty straightforward. We move with intention, we breathe, we build strength, and we respect where your body is that day. Some days we push a little, some days we slow it down, but there’s always a reason behind what we’re doing.
