Healing Movements
About
Healing Movements with me focus on the internal reflection & connection with have to our bodies.
Embodied movements that are intentional!
I like to guide students to turn inwards, focus on their needs, and move in the ways that their bodies are asking to move.
Instructing all my students to listen to themselves : )
I enjoying making that connection with others in a healing way. It makes me feel good knowing I am able to hold healing space for those who are asking for them.
